
SheEmpower – Unleashing the Power of Female Entrepreneurs in the Mediterranean is a 30-month project implemented under the Interreg NEXT MED Programme (Specific Objective 1.2 – RSO1.3.
The project aims to enhance the competitiveness of women-led SMEs and promote inclusive economic growth and job creation across the Mediterranean region. Implemented by a transnational partnership of eight organizations from Cyprus, Spain, Lebanon, France, Italy, and Egypt, SheEmpower addresses key challenges faced by women entrepreneurs, including limited access to finance, digitalization barriers, and a lack of commercialization support.
Through three main pillars: Empowering Women’s Skills, Business, and Innovation. The project provides training, mentorship, digital transformation, and e-business support, and cross-border networking opportunities. It targets 700 women participants, supports the creation of up to 30 new women-led businesses, aims to generate up to 100 jobs, and establishes the SheEmpower MED e-Store and a regional network of 500 women entrepreneurs.
INNODEV, as an Egyptian partner, actively contributes to the implementation of all project activities, supporting digital capacity building, innovation, and regional cooperation.

In today's volatile business environment, where change is the only constant, organizations equipped with a robust strategic plan possess the agility to respond to disruptions, mitigate risks, and capitalize on emerging opportunities. It serves as a shield against the unpredictable forces of the market, enabling organizations to steer through turbulent waters with confidence.
